How to find your way through the DAN PIPE Online Shop

Choose a product category from the menu bars on top:

Pfeifen = pipes
Pfeifentabake = pipe tobaccos
Zigarren = cigars
Zubehör = accessories

and on the left:

Geschenkideen = gift proposals
Neu im Shop = new entries
Top Angebot = special offers

The items' images with descriptions (in German only) will then be displayed in the centre of the page. Then click into the O Details... button (bottom left in the image) until the footer with order number (Best.Nr.), sales price and order bar are shown in the image window.

To order, set the number of items desired and click on „in den Warenkorb legen" (add to shopping cart). The contents of your shopping cart are shown on the right edge of your screen. Should you want to delete one of the items in the shopping cart list or change order quantities, simply set the shopping cart counter accordingly.

Kenner-Suche = search by criteria like size, shape, finish etc. (German only, please omit).

Express Bestellung = here you can enter the order number (Best.Nr.) of any item, click „anzeigen" to open its order display directly, set the quantity and click „in den Warenkorb legen" (transfer to your shopping cart). We recommend this link to all foreign customers who have already found and chosen items in our English catalogue version PDF files.

To submit your order, click on „zur Kasse" (go to checkout counter) in the „Warenkorb" window on the right.

If you use our online shop for the first time (even if you have ordered and been supplied by DAN PIPE before) you must enter your name and adress into the „Neukunden-Registrierung" (new customer's registration form) according to the registration help image.
Choose a method of payment: by money transfer or by credit card. If you choose money transfer, we will send you detailed information about the invoice amount, the invoice number and your customer number as well as our bank account numbers. Goods ordered will then be shipped after receipt of your payment on our account (also see sales conditions). If you choose payment by credit card, please enter your card number, its expiry date and - very important - the security number from the card's reverse side.

Your data will be treated confidentially and transmitted under encryption. For future orders you can then simply log in with your user name and password, your data will be kept safe until you might want to change them (new adress, different delivery adress etc.).

After you have chosen and entered a personal user name and password (each with 6 characters at minimum, no blanks, no hyphens), you are asked to accept our data | | protection statement (Datenschutz-Erklärung) by clicking in the little box on the left.

For your final registration to our online shop, please click „Ihre Angaben speichern" (save your data entries). Then all goods you have ordered are displayed in a new window together with your personal data.

If you find it necessary to make changes in your personal data entries, please click in the box „Personenangaben korrigieren".

Then please enter your e-mail adress once again in the entry box „Bitte geben Sie die E-Mail-Adresse Ihrer Kundendaten ein" to verify the e-mail adress you have given with your personal data in the customer's registration form.

By clicking „Druckversion in neuem Fenster öffnen", your order and personal data will open in a separate window for you to print out if desired.

The next entry box „Hier können Sie uns zu dieser Bestellung..." provides space to write some additional remarks or questions to your order.

To state that you have read and agreed with our sales conditions and retraction options click into the box on the left of „Ich habe die AGB und die Widerrufsbelehrung gelesen".

To submit your order click into the bottom box „Bestellung versenden".
