Remarks on data protection

Regarding data entered with your personal registration in the course of your order from the DAN PIPE Online Shop

These data are stored in a database and will only be used to process your order from our DAN PIPE Online Shop. They will be sent by e-mail to the adress you have entered in the registration form and to the adress shop@danpipe.de and, for possible control reasons, to the e-mail adress of our technical service providers. All data entries can, in priciple, be viewed by our technical service providers.

We and our technical service providers assure that your datawill not be disclosed, sold, or given tothird parties like companies, institutions or private individuals, or otherwise commercially exploited.
Exceptions: We or our technical service providers will hand over necessary data in case we or our technical service providers be under legal obligation to do so in the course of police or public prosecutor's investigations.

Informations to all visitors of this site, also for those not registered or logged-in

On all web sites, visitors generally leave data even if they have not entered any personal data into registration or order forms: in principle, their IP adress given to them by their internet provider makes it possible to track down the sites they have visited and which phone, DSL or network connection has been used.
